BIRTH CERTIFICATE TRANSCRIPTION

Documents to be provided:

- A birth certificate issued by the competent British authorities "Full Certificate" less than three (3) months old;

- the applicant's valid Ivorian national identity card or Ivorian passport;

- the valid national identity card or passport of the second parent;

Cost: £15

Submitting a file:
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday,
- from 09:30 to 13:00.

Removal of the document:
- One week after the filing,
- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday,
- from 2:00 to 4:00 p. m.

Recommendations:
1. Users are requested to bring the originals and photocopies of the required documents.
2. The responsibility for errors contained in documents issued by the Embassy lies with the user. Therefore, he is strongly advised to read carefully the information provided at the time of enrolment or application in order to avoid any inconvenience.
